Responsibilities:
Create and optimize existing marketing strategy for maximum organic leads.
Manage funnels, email, WhatsApp, and social media marketing (we already have team members who are executing it. You will be required to create a unified strategy across our distribution networks).
Collaborate directly with founders to drive growth.

Performance Marketing Optimization: Enhance efficiency and ROI of performance marketing channels through creative ideation and data-driven decisions.
Sales Funnel Enhancement: Improve conversion rates by refining the sales funnel and conducting A/B testing.
SEO Excellence: Elevate organic search rankings and give a path to the existing SEO team.
Social Media Reach: Planing special offers deals and managing the team to execute the ultimate campaign.
Email Marketing Expertise: Build customer relationships with targeted email campaigns and list segmentation to get maximum conversions.
Integrated Marketing Approach: Create unified messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
Results Tracking: Implement analytics and KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing alignment.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and conduct market research for insights.
Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on marketing performance and deliver clear insights.
Innovation and Testing: Explore new technologies, trends, and marketing tactics to stay competitive.
